Steelpower guarantees the purchaser a lifetime warranty on the steel frame and 5 years on suspension, gas cylinder, Rovo chair control mechanism under Normal Use, EHD-777 heavy duty chair control mechanism under 27/7 Intensive Use, fabric, foam, and all other moving parts excluding damage resulting from product misuse, abuse, overloaded, product modification or neglect. This limited lifetime warranty applies to any and all Steelpower chairs.
